My name is Kerrie Chaney. I’ve dedicated my life to teaching & sharing my love of fitness with others because I know how it feels to be overweight & dissatisfied in your own skin.
My weight loss & fitness journey began when I got very honest with myself & realized I was overweight, out of shape & living unhealthy. I started working out 5 days/wk at home, embraced clean eating & committed myself to a more healthier lifestyle. I lost a total of 92lbs a few years ago & have maintained this loss by “eating to live not living to eat”. Shareef has given me the opportunity to do what I love teaching, coaching & sharing my passion for fitness, exercise & healthy living with others.
I”ve become a Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor & Nutrition Specialist & have dedicated my life to helping others reach & achieve their goals to be more fit & live a healthier life.
