Shareef Martin

Shareef Martin is a native of Dayton, Ohio and a graduate of Wilberforce University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Media Communications. Shareef embarked on his fitness journey in high school. After graduating college, he pursued a career of professional basketball in Europe, and with the Harlem Ambassadors. Upon his return to the United States, he worked for Ford Motor company and then became the owner of a successful moving and hauling company. After relocating to Atlanta he quickly rose through the ranks at LA Fitness Douglasville to become Assistant General Manager and went on to become a General Manager at American Body Works in Austell, Georgia. Since then he has relocated to Cincinnati, Ohio to become the owner and operator of ALL OUT FITNESS & TRAINING. He has extensive experience in the fitness field, with over 10 years of experience in Personal Training. He believes fitness is more than just working out; it is a lifestyle.

Kerrie Chaney

My name is Kerrie Chaney. I’ve dedicated my life to teaching & sharing my love of fitness with others because I know how it feels to be overweight & dissatisfied in your own skin.

My weight loss & fitness journey began when I got very honest with myself  & realized I was overweight, out of shape & living unhealthy. I started working out 5 days/wk at home, embraced clean eating & committed myself to a more healthier lifestyle. I lost a total of 92lbs a few years ago & have maintained this loss by “eating to live not living to eat”.  Shareef has given me the opportunity to do what I love teaching, coaching & sharing my passion for fitness, exercise & healthy living with others.

I”ve become a Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor & Nutrition Specialist & have dedicated my life to helping others reach & achieve their goals to be more fit & live a healthier life.
