PERSONAL & GROUP
TRAINING
Our one-on-one personal training packages are 3,6, & 12 month packages. We understand that it takes time, commitment & dedication to acheive your goals, so we are dedicated to helping you accomplish your goals.
Group Training services at ALL OUT includes up to 5 individuals. We also can accommodate off-site training services for larger groups.
Here at ALL OUT, we understand that losing weight is the easy part. The challenge is maintaining it!

FITNESS CLASSES
BUNZ, GUNZ, & ABZ CLASS:
TUESDAYS 7:30PM
35 minute class Consisting of Glute , Arm, & Ab exercises that alternatively target each area.
$7/per person
ALL OUT BOOTCAMP CLASS:
THURSDAYS 7:30PM
50 minute total body workout:
Utilizing Interval & Strength Training, Calisthenics, & Total Body Weight Exercises.
$10/person
